2-6-0 Mogul ?

Just received my Kansas Central 2-6-0 Mogul in the mail today . The bell was not attached and I can't figure out how to attach it . It seems to have a pin hole for a cotter pin, but I can't find one in the box. Probably shouldn't glue.

My next purchase will be a RCS Elite 3 with a TX24. Can get that for around $270 which is more than the train itself . Have not determined a sound card yet. Pheonix is expensive so considering a Small Scale Railways card. Any suggestions?

Did the ringer arm pull out of the bell?
It might still be attached, or in the plastic bag.
If not, service will send you a new one.

Given that you have decided to use for your control system  a RCS Elite 3, save your money until you can purchase a Phoenix P5. You will be glad you did. Or discuss your sound use and budget with the folks at Dallee.

SoundTraxx has discontinued their Sierra sound module. SoundTraxx has not announced a replacement sound system for large scale use.

As I live in New Zealand we don't get the hot Goss on events in the USA. Any reason why Soundtraxx pulled the pin on Sierra for large Scale , and what are our options besides the expensive Pheonix sustems

Depends on your control system and the locomotives that you want to have sound.
