Could anybody help me to check status of repairing?

I sent my DCC controller back to Bachmann for repair. My package already arrived Bachmann on Jan 29 by USPS. Since then, I called the service department several times and the phone is always busy. I only reach to the extension Once, no one reply! I also sent email and filled up online service require, NO one reply! I have no idea how to do next...My name is "xia sheng", I hope there is someone from Bachmann can help me.
