Bachmann Brill trolley

Is anyone else having trouble with wheel coming off of trolley truck?
If so, how can I fix it. Put it back on 3 times and it keeps coming off.

I'm assuming a metal wheel and a metal axle?
If so... use Blue Loctite 242.
Be sure to set the gauge before the Loctite hardens.
