 Friends,
I have a set of old decals. I have used one decal from the sheet and it came apart. Any ideas on how to save them to make then usable? I am using them to reletter the Annie from RGS #25 to RGS #20, so basically just using the numbers.

Hi Ted,

When that happens I spray the decals with a clear coat like Rustoleum  clear coat.  Most of the time this has saved the decals for me.  I have put it on too heavily at times which makes it harder to get them to snuggle down over rivets and such.  I usually find that when this happens a little patience and a lot of decal softener goes a long way and eventually helps.  After they are on I spray with either Testors dullcote or Rustoleum clear matte.

Hope this helps!
