Transfo output

Hi,
I've measured the output of my transfo without the train moving. I have 18,2V. When the train is moving 9,2V. Is that a normal condition or do I have a problem?

That's not normal.
Your transformer is probably to light.
If the transformer can't deliver the amount of Ampere's the voltage will drop.
Or the motor draws so much Amps that the same phenomena occurs (highly unlikely).
