Just about the biggest show in the USA. CSX yard nearby.
Google big e fairgrounds west springfield ma
Google maps will show the fairgrounds and CSX yard nearby. Many years ago tracks came right into the fairgrounds for delivery and pickup.

Between the parking fee and entry fee, gasoline, the expenses add up, even w/o eating breakfast across the street at Memo's where many train enthusiasts are having breakfast.

Will agree, between all the buildings, lots to see, too much for 1 day; even a lot for 2 days.  Hope the weather cooperates.

WC prediction. Partly cloudy, 39 to 40 F each day. Ten to fifteen mph winds. Not bad at all for this area. Memo's will be crowded.

Very nice show today.
Bachmann's  E-Z APP™ Bluetooth® is quite the system if you have not seen it in operation.
