Won't mind sending it in. I should have tested it new. I know from a thread on TB, I ordered it last March 6. I left it in the ox, hoping I would get DCC set up. Sadly, a year later DCC still disassembled.

To the point. I put it on a loop. Sound comes on. but it won't move.... Bummed. please help.

When on DC power the motor will not start until voltage to the DCC decoder is above about 7.5 volts.
What DC power pack are you using?

What DCC system do you have waiting to be setup? One that can program by user supplied CV number is needed to troubleshoot the decoder.

I'm using MRC Tech 7 dual PS. DCC is NCE starter set, but taken apart.Will try to reset, after vacation
