Powering non-DCC Bachmann EZ track turnnouts w/DCC controller

I just purchased an EZ-Command DCC controller system.   How do I power my accessories including non DCC  turnouts?

You could use the 'Accessory' output of an old transformer if you have one, or an old "wall wart" that puts out between 14 and 16 volts AC.
