Gauge 1

I don't know if this should be in large or general but I need to know I am converting a bunch of Trumpeter model trains over to running operating trains and I would like to know if it is considered gauge 1 because I know 1/32 scale is

If it is 1:32 it will run on "G" gauge track.  Bachmann does not sell 1:32 trains.  I suggest that you ask further questions at <mysargescale.com>, or large scale central.  I use MLS and am not active at LSC. 

This site is reserved to Bachmann products and very general, non Bachmann, related questions about large scale.

Although vintage Gauge 1 trains use the same track standard as modern G scale, scale modeling was not a primary design consideration in Gauge 1 heyday, so the actual size and scale of the locomotives and cars varied. Wikipedia

A lot of potential for parts, but it looks like mostly German WWII stuff.  About $100+ for a plastic model and a little more for a donor running model makes it look a little pricey for me.
Still, it could be fun...
BTW, the Yardmaster has a streetcar kit, and it's really impressive.
