Question about G scale power

Hi All,
Just bought a Bachmann G scale Christmas Trolley and know nothing about Bachmann stuff (i've always run LGB).  i want to run the trolley around the Christmas tree.  I'm going to buy enough pieces of curved track to make a circle around the tree but know nothing about power.  Can someone tell me what I have to buy to power and control the trolley?  Also, how does the power connect to the track?  Also, can someone tell me what I would have to buy to set the trolley up for back and forth reverse operation on a straight piece of track?  Any help would be really appreciated. The trains and trolley will operate on your old LGB power pack; we also have a Large Scale pack available.
We make both indoor track and heaavy brass track for outdoor use. Each style has track power connectors available.
