CAN YOU WIRE A TOMIX TWO WIRE SWITCH CONTROL WITH AN ATLAS 3 WIRE CONTROL SWITCH ? WOULD YOU USE JUST THE TWO OUTSIDE SCREWS AND NOT THE MIDDLE ?   HELP HELP HELP

No. They work by a different system. Unless you know a little about basic electronics and soldering it would be best to use the Tomix switch controller.
