hi I am new to this forum I live in England and am making my first ever foray into DCC and intending to incorporate it in My new model railway - the first I have ever built. I have the EZCommand system having bought the Bachmann Digital Starteer Set.

Let my ask something about the England railroads.  Are the Buffers and the hook & loop. (what ever you call them) couplers going out?

Still mostly hook and loop (tension lock), but narrower than they used to be. Some also come with European NEM couplers.
