forney cylinders

i have an inside frame sound forney with a broken cylinder assembly, i have tried contacting service with no luck, (maybe because i am in the UK) i get no responce to my emails.
i would like the assembly if available ( i will pay for it if i have to)

hi mr bach-man, no reply from bachmann UK. if there is anything you can do it would be great. i need to get the forney mobile again, its just stuck on a siding rusting away.

I was lucky once; They sent me a -hard-to-come by part of the 2-8-0.
On the website choose "informationen' and then 'service'
You end up there with their emailadress
Perhaps, you are lucky too.......

mr bachmann, i have had a reply from UK they only have a set of outside frame cylinders. i need inside frame. i was hoping you may be able to see if you have them 'your side of the pond' heres hoping
