Please help! How do I remove the body shell from my Chattanooga?

Thanks a stack, Hunt. I am a 64 year old female and live in South Africa. Absolutely fanatical! Run 4 trains on my layout - completely scratch-built! Bachmann my 'favourite' and in serious need of lubrication. With your help, I can hopefully get 'her' up and running. Regards Elmarie.
