Screws for LS Davenport

I have lost two screws and their covers off the connecting rod between the wheels of my Davenports.
Part numbers SCREW#10213 and 00H05 for the cover.

May I purchase these from Bachmann?
If not, can you tell me the size of the SCREW#10213 so I may try to find one from a third-party.
