I am going to use 24 volt track power for my Train Engineer Revolution. Is this voltage too high for my track power lights in my passenger cars?

It depends on what the bulbs are rated for and how they are wired. And where to find their rating is unknown to me.

Example - two 12-14 volt bulbs wired in series will handle it.
              - two 12-14 volt bulbs wired in parallel and you'll be buying new bulbs pretty much immediately.
