Hello everyone, I bought a unlettered Annie through a very respected dealer and it shipped to my house. When I opened the box, I found that the pilot truck of the locomotive was cracked and broken. No big deal, I thought, I called the dealer and they sent me a replacement.  Now, today I open the replacement (fresh from the Bachmann packing box, never been opened) and what do I find? Another broken pilot truck. The vertical shaft is broken off from the horizontal pilot and the frame is so badly bent that one of the wheels will always stick up in the air, leaving three on the ground. I have to be honest, I am disappointed that not one but two of these engines have had this problem. Bachmann's customer service did not answer my call, and I am wondering if there is an easy fix to this that anyone knows of? Thank you!

No easy fix that will remain fixed.

Complain to the dealer, if he is truly respectable they will make it right
