Bachmann Parts shipping charges

Just received an order of Bachmann trucks via mail.

The charge on the invoice was $23.75 for Priority Mail International shipping to Canada, it was however shipped with First Class International for $2.53 ?

I find that a little too steep for handling charges.

It also did not weigh 1.20 lbs as stated on the invoice but only 5.2 oz.

Has anybody else had simmilar experience
I have e-mailed Bachmann for an explanation.

Just an update on the additional charges.

Talked to parts manager Bridget at Bachmann and they are refunding the difference in shipping costs. They are also refunding the handling fee.

Great customer service!!!

Since this was resolved within one week by Bachmann, why did you not wait a week before posting here?
