I have a Holiday set # 90054. I am checking to see if the couplers on the Flat Cars # 95612 are compatible?

Yes, they should hook up no problem as long as you are using the knuckle couplers on your set.
The Spectrum 1:20 line uses the same couplers but at a different height. I believe they come with an adapter coupler to match the height of the Big Hauler line.

Dear RCK, Your set comes with the hook & Loop couplers while most Bachmann sets & cars like your B&O Flat car come with the knuckle style couplers.  If you bought the Flat car new it will probably have the hook & loop couplers in the box somewhere.   Just tak the knuckle coup;ers off the flat car and put the hook & loop couplers in their place. 

Alternatively you can replace the hook & loop  couplers on the loco & cars from your set with Knuckle couplers if you prefer.
