I have a very old set and am in need of parts for the engine.  I believe it was a #90020 set. 

Are parts still available for this engine?

Are there any parts drawings avalable to facilitate identification of which parts are needed?

Do you still have the paperwork with it? Most old sets came with a lifetime guarantee. Send it back into Bachmann and they repair or replace it for free. You just need to send them a check for S&H costs ($25 I believe).
Otherwise there are no parts or schematics available.
