How to install a DCC decoder in N scale Spectrum Bee Line SD45

Need help installing a DZ125 decoder in Bachmann N scale Spectrum Bee Line SD45 locomotive. Has anyone done this? Need help.

It should have soldier pads that are numbered, put the wires from the decoder through the corresponding holes, and soldier them to the board without having any of them touching.
