What size Bachmann replacement metal wheels will work on the Bach. 4 bay hoppers-silver series,the 36" or 33" metal wheels? Thanks,Bob

N / jewel cases for "n" scale

I have purchased many n-scale products from a Bachmann distributor out in Texas for over a year now.I have a number of jewel cases (5) that arrived with cracks.Will Bachmann re-place these or do I need to go thru the distributor.Thanks
