I have two sound equipped shays with split gears, ditto with climax when will Bachmann provide these items as spares, and upgrade them so they these loco's don't have this problem. This seems to be a very common problem and is fequently mentioned on On30 forums.  I will not buy another geared engine until I see spares and upgrades are available.
