Just got a GE 70 ton switcher with DCC on board and want to program the CVs.  There is no info on what CVs are included in the decoder and what their default values are.  Any help here?  The decoder in this loco is not the usual 8 pin EZ decoder.  It is an integrated PC board specificaly designed for this loco.
