I purchased a set of the curved to straight tracks, 1 week after Christmas in December. I would / would not be surprised if I bought the last set that WBB had in stock.
Anyway, my advice would be to see if your local hobby shop has the curved to straight tracks in stock, or see if anyone on E-Bay is selling them.

-Chicago, North Shore, and Milwaukee high speed Interurban cars - including the famous 'Silverliners'
-US DOT "State of the Art" Cars (SoAc) - Only 2 were built as experimental replacements for older subway cars and were tested in city subways in Boston, New York City, Chicago, and Philadelphia. The 2 cars were not accepted by any of the city subway systems in which they were tested, and ultimately became static exhibit cars at the Seashore Trolley Museum in Kennebunkport Maine. There used to be downloadable 'templates', that were essentially images of the Super Streets (currently known as E-Z Streets) tracks, that you could print out, and then cut out the images, to make a 'mock up' of your track design, before creating the actual layout. If you have E-Z Streets tracks and a color copier / printer, you could simply place sections of straight, curved, and X-over tracks on your copier / printer, and make your own photo-copied templates.

Also, there is a website: http://rrtrack.com/, that actually has downloadable track layout software. Not sure if it has the E-Z Streets, though.

After doing a Google search for "Williams #55, Mighty Mite", the results showed that the Mighty Mite is the same thing as the Ready Made Toys 'Beep' GP-9 locos.
Interesting to know that. The Mighty Mites go as far back as when they were originally produced by Kusan, befefore Williams acquired the tooling.

I know that Aristo Craft (temporarily) took over the RMT production, selling trains under the RMT by Arist'O' name, but that was short lived, since Aristo Craft ended up going out of business, now under the Polk's Generation Next name.
As for Weaver, It looks like Lionel will be taking over, using Weaver tooling to create freight cars under the Lion Scale name.

Perhaps, the reason why there are no new Williams products, is because takes a train load of $$$$ and resources, especially to make the molds, and the castings for new products. Its usually cheaper for WBB to simply re-hash previous products, vs. introducing new products.
Companies like Lionel and MTH continue to introduce new stuff, all the time, while WBB is more 'relaxed' and 'laid back'.
Just saying. Don't have to take my word for it.

If your Williams J Class loco is the same size and shape as a Lionel N&W J Class 4-8-4, you might be able to get a Lionel part, and repaint it into Pennsylvania colors.
There is an online parts listing for Williams products, but they only list 'certain' parts (ie. replacement trucks for the Peter Witt trolley)
