  Hi everyone , I am looking to switch my dc layout to dcc. I also have reverse loops in the layout (2).I know that I will need a dcc reverse loop module but is it one per reverse loop or can it run what ever is on the layout?

   Ive been out of the hobby for 20 + years . I purchased a new 4-8-4 dcc Steam loco for my son to run on our  regular dc powered layout.This is the first dcc loco that I have purchased, Do I need to use the jumper pins to make it ready to run on my layout? The instructions in the box are kind of vague! Can anyone give us the answer. I'd hate to ruin it.        John
