What is the voltage etc. for the rear LED on the Bachmann Spectrum Consolidation? I need to replace mine. Thanks, Steve

What is the best way to access the circuit board on top of the motor on a Bachmann 2-8-0 outside frame spectrum? Any help is much appreciated!
