I had put a soundtraxx medium steam  with a 1 inch round speaker, works great .

can any one who has a 2-10-2 engine tell me if they are having any problems going thru a atlas #4 switches? any infor would be very helpful.

I have both spectrum 4-6-0  63"  wheel engine and the 52" wheel low boiler and I gutted out bachman electric boards and put a tsunami lite steam sound decoder with a !" speaker in each engine, changed the head & tender  lites to 12- 14 volt

     jason, dont feel bad it had taken me a month to get a part replaced for a backmann steam engine, but a protro 2000 steam or diesil engine much better running engine.

yes, I have installed 2 tsunamis one in a 4-6-0  63" wheel engine and one in a 52" wheel 4-6-0 both  dcc boards in the tender were the same, but not a lot of room so I removed the boards and hard wired them with a 1" speaker, both work fine.
