You know, if they added a simple deisel roar and steam chuff to their sound it would be a major factor for many of us in buying WBB!  (Oh yeah -and a volume knob please!)

Check with Electric Railroad Co. - They have upgrades at reasonable prices that work well with Willaims by Bachmann.

When will Bachman make some vista dome cars to go with the great 72' passenger car sets they now have.  Williams used to make a dome car - I know - it wasn't quite right.   How about it Bachman?  Any plans to give us a vista dome?

I'm also going to recommend Electric RR Co.  Their $50 units are easy and work well - you can even add Command if you want to run from a remote.  I put their GG-1 unit in my Williams Scall GG-1 - tokk me a big 10 minutes - works fine - only probelm to me is that I'd like to pump up the volume - they have a volume setting - but it's not loud enough - especially if you're running on a loud track system.

I just received my 72' scale PRR Congressional car set.  Very nicely done!  However, all cars are clearly marked "Broadway Limited!"
What gives???

Absolutely!  I dropped my wife off at the train station the other day and noted the parents and kids on the train - a Phase V engine pulling it.  Wouldn't kids be interested in getting mdoels of the train that they "actually road on!?!"  Sounds like a sales pitch to me!

... and id those Genesis units would be painted in the new Phase V it would be great - that's what I'm seeing on the rails these days - you might even sell a bunch using the Presidential Train title - just like the one highlighted recently for the inauguration!  (Hey - you could but a heavy weight observation at the end - just like the real thing!)

Sounds like a good sale for a Genesis set to me!

How about Bachmann selling crew figures (engineer and fireman seated) as separate items for those of us who wish to put them in our locos?  The loco prices would not be increased for the general public as these figures would be bought only by those Model RRers who wanted to put them in their engines.

Include a seat on which the figures can sit and sell as a pair!
I would buy a bunch of them!

I notice that you guys offer the TBII units and motor upgrades as speparate sale itme.  How about using that option for allowing us to acquire better smoke units, sound cards, etc.?

Pull and play options would be great for modelers that run WBB - yet it would not increase the price on the locos for the general public.
