I have dcc EZ command ho scale 4-8-4 northern and the linkage to the wheels I think are out of alignment and the wheels will only move a half turn does any one have or no how to fix this problem

Hi i have a 4-8-4 northern locomotive and i see they have the chassis with the smoke unit in it but it is out of stock. How can you find out when it will be back in stock.
