Agreed a beautiful locomotive.  As Matthias Forney wrote of Mason's locomotives they were 'Melodies Cast and Wrought in Metal'.
However, the 2-6+6T was fairly specific wheel type to the DSP&P (I believe FC Central de Mexico) had few standard gauge in that particular arraingement.

I am not sure of the market for such a locomotive especially with the general slowdown of the market.  However, the heavy 2-6+6T that was DSP&P "Buena Vista" was sold if I remember to a lumber and then a construction firm so might sort of fit into Bachmann's general niche.

The Unitah #50 is a bit shorter as I remember.  Car number 50 was pretty unique being metal sheathed and a combination of baggage/rpo and observation.

The C&S had a few 'shorties' as well, one combination car still survives.

Personally some of the most beautiful equipment was the early Colorado Central Billmeyer and Small duckbill cars.

I do not care what brand (J&S), Carter or prototype they follow, though I would agree to something a little different as long as the cars are truely 1:20.3 in proportion.

I am glad to hear this.  One thing is that 8ft diameter (4ft radius) is your largest?  That is the bare minimum recommendation for most of the Sprectrum locomotives and cars.  I would hope that perhaps a bit larger might be considered as well.

Anyway, like the video from TCA and glad to see that you tried to make the ties and look a little more narrow guage.

Heck why not the much disputed Vulcan.

Personally, I would rather see something like a ditcher or even a McGiffert.
