There are many who would like to see something that Forneys really pulled.  If you want to take the time, and make the effort, converting American Flyer Franklin Passenger cars to On30 results in a car that is longer than the Bachmann cars.
Another near conversion is the former Industrial Rail Ore car.  It makes a real nice early hopper. [Atlas has purchased that line].

These really look GREAT!  They will provide something that has been missing, unless you wanted to do a MAJOR bash.  If you click on the Back Button, and then scroll down, you will also find some really Fine looking trees also.  As well as the OSF 4-4-0 that someone wouldn't let me post yesterday.

So nice that the truth is being allowed to come out.  Two of u, at least, tried to post to this topic yesterday, and were immediately removed.  It is a really nice looking engine.
Should be a great seller.

On30 / Engines sold?
August 02, 2007, 09:01:31 AM
On another message board, the question has been asked as to what is the best selling Bachmann On30 engine.  Many experts have given guesses, with the two most logical being the Porter 0-4-0, or the 2-6-0, as it is the only "set" engine and Dept. 56 engine.  So I thought that I would ask the question where there might be a person or two who had FACTS as oppossed to opinion.

Some of us have been waiting patiently for the things that we want, with a hint now and then.  THREE CHEERS for Bachmann for the 4-4-0.  It is just GREAT.  I don't think it would be that hard to make it "spot  on" for the Mt. Gretna engines with a little work.  I am looking forward to my attempt.
