Is it possible to purchase just the tender doghouse from the N&W J 4-8-4 locomotive as a seperate item? If so, how do I do this?

Is there anyway to make the 4-6-0 locomotive have four chugs per 1 wheel revolution instead of just the two chugs per 1 wheel revolution? Thank You.
