Is it possible to replace the smokebox front on the Union Pacific #806 to something less Niagara and more UP? I was thinking of using the ATSF 4-8-4 front as a replacement but was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions.

Sadly, it still wont work. I think its the motor that is the problem.

I recently Purchased a S2 from wholesale trains and It ran fine for 2 days, then there where problems. It derailed, and now it wont move at all. I know its not the transformer because it ran fine with it. Im running it on MTH realtrax and a MTH RC controller. I spent 200 dollars for less than 6 hours of running time. could someone please help me?
