E-Z Track and traditional sectional track can be connected *if* the height of the rails (Code 80) are the same. You may find it easier to connect them by cutting the plastic clips off the E-Z Track.

We are going to look through our files to locate this instruction manual and will upload it to our website soon.

On our newest DCC Sound Value 0-6-0s, the decoder is in the tender, but in the earlier versions (analog and DCC On Board), the decoder is in the locomotive, and there are no electronics in the tender. For adding sound, I would agree to talk to a DCC installation specialist.

The Tsunami2 board in the locomotive does have a plug on the board for installation of a Soundtraxx CurrentKeeper capacitor. There are other available aftermarket solutions as jward mentions above.

Bachmann UK/Europe does not have oversight over any new items for the Thomas & Friends range. They have chosen to make select modifications to existing products such as releasing the HO locomotives with NEXT-18 connectors, but as far as brand new products/characters, they are very busy with their own projects. Any new product/character announcements will come from Bachmann USA and Bachmann UK is not going to make their own separate new projects. Nor will a character only be sold in other regions before first being sold in the US.
