I'm modeling a small park with a childrens rideable train surrounded by my HO train lines. What is the smallest circle I can have with N gauge track?

I have a small trolley that I want to run around my HO layout. I am trying to use some 15" radius track that I have. Only the trolley will be rolling around on this Figure 8 that I am trying to build with Bachmann EZ track NS. Does anyone have a layout for a simple figure 8 using 15" radius track? I am trying to redo my children's HO layout from their childhood which was pretty extensive but not used for years, so my grandkids can enjoy playing with trains. I have done a new layout with EZtrack nickel steel and have to use some Bachmann flex track to complete some runs. Can anyone tell me the cross section dimensions of the Bachmann EZ track NS with gray roadbed? I need to now the height of the track and the roadbed dimensions so I can design a way to match the track heights. Thanks in advance!!!!!!!! Is their a dimensional drawing out there someplace?
