Are there any plans for Bachmann to release the NS Heritage Units again in the future, perhaps with updates and all models with operating ditch lights?

Would the Bachmann Service Department be able to install working ditch lights on a couple of 1st run units that were not equipped with this feature?

Are the Norfolk Southern "Heritage" units currently out-of-production? If so, will there be future releases, hopefully, with all twenty (20) units having working ditch lights?

After doing some investigating, it appears only ten (10) of the twenty (20) heritage units were equipped with working ditch lights as the 2nd run. They were:

Were all 20 released NS Heritage units revised with operating ditch lights as a 2nd run? Hard to find information on this topic, since many sellers do not openly state with or without operating ditch lights.

Thank you for the feedback. I was concerned that "cranking" up the voltage on my DC power supply may cause some harm.

This probably has been covered in the past, but I am new to the DCC field. I just received three new Bachmann Soundtraxx DCC locomotives. I was told they run with limitations on a DC layout. I plan on keeping my DC layout for the near future, however, will there be any long term issues with the performance of these units if you keep running them on DC? I have MRC Tech II power supplies.
They are beautiful models and I would ultimately convert to DCC if that is the best decision going forward.
