Looking at On30 equipment here at the Bachmann On-Line store, much of what was available from Bachmann is no longer!  I have sent a message to Bachmann via their CONTACT link, asking this same question; but, they do not seem to respond.  The fact that the inventory seems to be declining, makes me wonder about the future of the scale, as far as Bachmann is concerned?  I may have asked this question previously, if so, I apologize for doing so again.

I have an On30 passenger car that I want to open up and place passenger in.  I bought the car off of Ebay and so no instruction where included.  I see that there are two tabs that hook over the floorboards and have attempted to open up this way; but, don't seem to be able to gain access.  Can someone help me?

I was happily modeling away in HO when the Shay and Climax came out, will you ever produce either or both of these locomotives again?
