The inside frame for an On30 Forney 2-4-4 is listed in the parts section. Does anyone if the chassis includes the sliding rear truck?

On30 / On30 Forney 2-4-4 trailing truck

The trailing truck on my On30 Forney has become unhooked from the frame. The parts to reconnect it are unavailable. Does anyone know of an fix or where aftermarket parts might be available. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
