How do I activate the chuff sensor for a sound card. Where do I get 6VDC for the sensor voltage on the interface board.

will someone direct me to the location of the definitions of the pin outs of this board. i.e. "B+, train bus, voltage of the LED headlamp and rear lamp. is there a reed switch already installed in this loco...etc?
