I bought a couple of used Bachmann DCC ready 3 truck Shays.  It looks as though the decoder must go in the tender based on the wires going in underneath.   But I can't figure out how the tender comes apart to install the decoder.  Any help appreciated.  Thanks.  Leland

Hi everybody,

I'm in the process of installing the Bachmann turntable.  I've got everything set up and running.  Using it on DCC.  I'm looking for suggestions on fastening it down.  I have it sitting on Woodland Scenics one inch foam and am contemplating tacking it down in just a couple of spots with their Foam Tack glue just to keep it stable.  If I ever have to or want to move it, I figure that will make it easier to do so.

Any comments or suggestions on that?
