I am trying to upload a 120kb photo and keep getting the message "The upload folder is full. Please try a smaller file and/or contact an administrator." I can't figure out how to notify the administrator.

HO / Identify a Bachmann Train Set. Franks Winter Tyme Express

The Box label says Franks Winter Tyme Express. I have the original instructions but no mention anywhere of the manufactured date of the set. It is an HO set. Any help is greatly appreciated
