It says on the box Bachmann Spectrum Item # 11506 HO EMD GP35 Diesel Conrail # 2271.
That is all I have to go by.
Hope this helps.
If you go to the parts list for GP35, second page at the bottom is a picture of the motor.
I assume you have access to that.
Thank you
Bob H.

The motor has two fly wheels, and according to the parts list picture the motor has been capped with plastic at both ends.

The plastic on one end of the motor seems to have disintegrated and became a crumbly mess of pieces.
Has anyone else had this happen to them?
What is the best action to take to get this repaired, or replaced.
Thank you

Usually a set of instructions comes with a model, so one can refer to them if one wants to open up the model.
I have not gotten any with in the box.
Thank you for replying.

I'll have to think on that for a while, as I basically model New Haven 1900 to 1940 era.
I do believe a lot of the small yard type engines have been overlooked. These 0-4-0 and 0-6-0
engines had many modifications done to them by their perspective owners. many a 0-6-0 lost it's tender and became odd looking Saddle,or side tank engines.
It seems everyone wants the large engines, and most of the small ones get overlooked.

How about a Columbia 4-4-2.
Or a 4-2-0 little early steam engine called the Pioneer.

This is the opposite of Overproduced.
When was the last time anyone saw a 4-4-2 produced?
I haven't seen any that are DCC ready, or come DCC equipped.
Any other thoughts?

I have just purchased a Bachmann Spectrum GP35.
I guess it was manufactured in 1993.
How do I get Instruction sheets?
