Plasticville U.S.A. / HO Over/Under blinking bridge

I just purchased a Bachmann HO Over/Under bridge which had no information as to how I am to supply power for its blinking light. What kind of power (AC or DC) and where to connect the power on the bridge would be helpful to know. Thanks for your help.
