I've had the joy of seeing 630 running in Chattanooga and Atlanta and I got to ride behind it on the inaugural 21st Century Steam Excursion from TVRM to DeButts yard. I tried to get my mom to drive me to Fort Payne to catch it between Chattanooga and Attalla but she said that she didn't want to drive that far from home in the snow.

I intend to buy the Bachmann Spectrum Conrail Dash 8-40CW, but its DCC Equiped and I have a standard DC system. Will it run on my DC system or do I need to upgrade to DCC?
