is there a place online where you can listen to all these sound chips? how do I know what is better than another?

LOL, yes I have heard that expression, but the enemy of good is better  Just trying to prepare myself if it happens. I did use the search function on here, but all I can find is people "talking: about doing it but not actually how to do it or what kind of file to do it with.

I am reading about a lot of people having problems with the E-Z Tack turnouts with derailing or shorting out, and people suggest to file them. How do I file it of it happens, what do I use? I tried to find a youtube video to see but had no luck. I am a visual learner so just trying to figure it out if I have to do it. My trains do make a clicking sound when they go over the turnout but nothing has really derailed yet.

Thanks, I did see this video, but that is just how to install the regular remote turnouts, this came with nothing. I did e-mail customer service, and they said they are aware of the issue and I just need to find my receipt and they said they will fix it for me.

I was mislead on the box, it said it had  1 RH and 1 LH remote switch. I didn't know is was manual until I opened the box.

Hi everyone, I am new to this so please take it easy on me. I just got a new bachmann thunder chief train set with grey ez track and the e-z command DCC control system. My question is how do I power turnouts? What power supply do I need to by? It comes with a red wire to attached to something. But what to?
