Give up dude. Your little petition isn't going to change their mind. Its so that the show can STAY IN PRODUCTION.

Thomas & Friends / Re: Can I see some Layouts?

I said the layout is not mine, but I run my engines on it a lot for good long runs. The layout belongs to one of the members, and its been working for a long time. And you're rather lucky, the clubs open again tomorrow, so I'll surely do some more photos.  :)

And yes I believe the setting of the layout is a quarry and small town. I regret running engines at high speeds at first. :P

18" radii inside, 22" outside, and 15/18 on the upper loop. Those are just assumptions.
that doesnt answer my whole question.  :(
What doesn't it answer? :P

What if the show wasn't called Thomas the Tank Engine and Thomas wasn't in it? Who would be the main character and what would the show be called?

The Railway Series, and Gordon, Henry and Edward would be the main characters.
I would think that there would be no main character.  ;) Awdry liked giving the engies equal treatment, hence why before the show, there was only two books belonging to Thomas, the rest with him in it were more about his branch line in general. :P

What if a new loco was added that is bigger and faster than Gordon?

Answer: It's called Spencer

Actually, Spencer has the same type of wheel arrangement as Gordon, but does that mean he is bigger and faster?  He is streamlined, but that makes only slight changes in speed.
A4s (Spencer) were dang well good faster than the A1s (Gordon).

look familiar?
We're not talking about the Junior range.

Its just a Bachmann UK reskin of the Bachmann US Thomas model.

[big fancy paragraph]
I agree with this, I would think that instead of a whole DCC range, that just one set would be released with DCC. Possibly much like other DCC sets, would include two engines. I would assume as being popular characters, we would get Thomas, Annie, Clarabel, Percy (or James), a wagon and a van, and a brake van (Coal car, box car, and caboose), and other general accessories that come in the previous sets, but this one with possibly more track and DCC control. I would certianly like to try it out provided I had the money. This is all just concept though.

Dear Alex,
Damage such as you describe is wear and tear, and is not covered under the warranty.
You have to take care of your trains!
Sorry!
the Bach-man
Dear Bachmann,
At the HO layout I run, a Percy was recently brought in, and despite what I did, he would not run, and his face was coming off, and appeared to have some sort of ink on the side of the face. Do you suggest seeing if the chassis needs cleaning, replacing, or getting a new one?

Well, bit of a bump, but with National Train Day, and the place open today, I'm running the layout again. :D

We also had a bit of derailing problems... I left to see the live steam again with some other people, and when I came back, I found this. ¬_¬;

Short clips of the layout:

No. Its called a fan remake/episode, depending on what is being done.

I'll be doing special runs on the HO layout, and I'll have my N scale engines run on the N scale layout, though I won't that one; too big.  ;)

hmm... Looks alot like what Corrie, Frank, and I did with our hopper cars. :-\
Did you copyright that procedure? No? I didn't think so. :l

Not bad, but the coal seems a bit "flat."
