I buy my Thomas friends from Walthers and eBay.

My real scale is N in which I buy from eBay, BLW, Hogtrainz, and others.

I haven't gotten any blue open wagons yet. I'm way far behind buying a friend each month. Still didn't get the red, brown/orange, blue. I do have the green ones with and without coal.

I would be on the that poll about not getting both. I'm a model series modeler who doesn't go past season 4.
Don't get me wrong I liked the bantering around Cranky and Salty. I do like Rebecca but you could've given that cheery personality to any existing engine.

All I want are the old school mail cars and tar tankers. That's it.

I totally agree with that and the return of the old oil tank car also.

They are extremely rare to find. Remake them Bachmann.

It didn't surprised me that Bachmann announced N Scale James. Because Tomix has made Thomas, Percy, James, and Henry.
I believe Henry and Gordon might be made next. Since Tomix almost made Gordon and somehow got cancelled.
The freight cars are a different story. They might add the tank car, ventilation van, or mail car. Down the line with the express coaches. I don't know if Bachmann will take the advantage of making the first brake van in N Scale.

The only James I would buy is black James, since I have the original James with gray wheels.

The only things on my wishlist are.
James' red express coaches
Sir Handle
Duncan
China Clay Works cars
Plain silver or black tank car
Plain brown mail car
Brown ventilation van

NG
truck
Maybe a flatcar or explosive van
Brown van

I might have a problem this year with Bachmann Thomas buying.

If I get HO Thomas equipment I would happy to LBSC Thomas, Daisy, Peter Sam and the brake van ticket carriages in narrow gauge.

I'll wait for black James since I never saw that episode of Busy Bee James.

I saw on Walthers too when I purchased my narrow gauge coaches and I doubted we'll get them.

Wasn't there going to be more information on them in February?.

Thanks Chaz, I thought the review was on this discussion than the narrow gauge coach discussion. It was a very good review. I had the same problem trying to make mine.

I purchased their new red and blue narrow gauge coaches back in December. 3 of each. I totally forgot that I purchased 6 and thinking I had 4 for some reason. Silly me.

Like posted earlier the blue carriages also don't have door handles on the other side. Plus I don't remember these coaches ever having bumpers.

While looking at photos from season 4 I can see the bumpers. Probably me not seeing them is the lighting which is pretty dark with same paint being black.

Hey Chaz where's your review on the narrow gauge coaches? It's been several weekends pasted already.

I think it might be the Trolley street car. With a silhouette people sitting down behind a bright light between the transparent tile.

You also planning to model 1880s which Skarloey is somewhat scratchbuilt?

The Ivo Hugh locomotive looks really good but it didn't bother me about the missing trailing truck since the prototype probably didn't have one.

You're work is superb.

Maybe the length of the coaches are from a bad angle making them large.

I don't notice that the coaches reached and matched the roof of thomas. That looks more ideal than shorter coaches at his coal bunker.

Looking at this video really wants me to buy them.
