I see you're carrying Con-Cor's mistake.
The new coaches are P-54 and not mP-54. The "m" in PRR terms means they are MOTORS.

They are just loco-hauled commuter cars.

I was there in 74-76 (via Carswell AFB). We had a small group that was always there on Sat/Sun.

The mix-masters were at street level back then. Bet you was not born yet!

LIRR is not as well known as BNSF, CSX, NS, or UP.

IHC may have some heavyweights for the LIRR "Cannonball".
