Well he said "2 sets of 4 wheels each". But, that could mean the 4-4-0 or literally any "geep" (GP) unit. If its the 4-4-0, yes, the front 4 should turn and yes, the back 4 shouldn't. If it's a geep, then no, none should turn when off the track.

however... I did find a set of unpainted BRASS HO scale E5 A-B units that run, standard DC, etc. Auction. Starting bid $50. 5 days left, but I shot the seller a message saying I'll take it for 70 bucks, plus shipping and handling and packing and whatever else they charge for. hopefully I can get this set for this price.

Yeah, surprised me too.  I think the project part of this thing is the DCC transition and the fact that it's unlettered.

I found a Santa Fe bluebonnet switcher with that number, and that set. who knows.

Does anyone on this forum have a Bachmann model of the Berkshire? I found a guy on Ebay selling one with DCC, unlettered, listed as a "PROJECT". Just wanted to get some reviews on it since they're always sold out on the Bachmann website.
